Let us try to put it more neutrally:
Imagine that someone (or something), possessing remarkably brilliant abilities and located very far away from you, is slowly expanding its range of action into possibilities that could become dangerous to you.
Put simply: someone (or something) gets into a flying object and suddenly travels from very far away to land right on top of you. An unsettling idea — especially when everything is suddenly at stake.
The Duals are precisely this someone or something.
That is why the Grand Jury enters the original atmosphere and the architectural-industrial achievements of the Duals in order to experience their reality — and to become aware both of the threat and of the potential loss.
Although danger is hardly to be expected, the sixteen-member jury will be accompanied by security and soundtronauts through the twelve-storey labyrinth.
