Bernardo San Rafael

Bernardo San Rafael was born in Costa Rica and grew up in Germany. He is a dancer and performer who dances with swans, plastic shopping bags, and teddy bears — whether on landfill sites in Africa or in Lake Zurich (Switzerland).

He lives in Zurich and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

In 2013, he joined the 1. Deutsche Stromorchester as part of the World Vision Contest EXPORT CARS TO MARS?(VISION DER ZÄRTLICHKEIT FÜR MASCHINEN, LWL-Museum Münster). In 2014, he became one of the first Quadraphonists in FANFARA FUTURISTA in Düsseldorf (Kunstpalast).
