The artist collective *POLAR PUBLIK has been developing interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of art and science since 2017. Through the combination of dance, theater, new music, and visual arts, *POLAR PUBLIK creates poetically theatrical, acoustically charged spatial situations in their work, inviting audiences to immersive, physical experiences of understanding.

How can one capture the stories of those who stand in the acoustic shadows, those who are drowned out, pushed aside, and not perceived? *POLAR PUBLIK’s works seek musically porous and politically sharp answers to this question through encounters with people, places, and complex themes.

The all-female team develops its projects through intensive research and exploration phases in the respective locations, creating innovative formats in its concerts, performances, or participatory events that bring together professional artists and amateurs.
