Miriam Rieck works as a dancer, choreographer, and media artist. From a queer-feminist / techno-feminist perspective, she explores approaches to digitality and different concepts of space in order to investigate approaches to matter, the body, and power structures. Miriam’s artistic focus lies primarily in working on new understandings and perception schemes outside of binary systems as well as working between digital and analog mediums. Miriam’s works have an interdisciplinary, multimedia approach and move between installation performances, performative situations, and work pertaining to physical states.
