Miriam Götz is a director who develops world premieres of music theatre works through collaborative working processes. She has worked, among others, with composers Clemens K. Thomas and Philipp Mayer, and directed the staged family concert A Song of Salt and Water with Ensemble Recherche.
In 2023, she directed the world premiere of Sara Glojnarić’s opera Neuro-Moon. Manage your memories. at Theater Freiburg. In 2025, she served as dramaturg for Glojnarić’s headphone concert Songs for the End of the World at the Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik.
At the Neuköllner Oper Berlin, she directed Andy Skordis’ chamber opera A light blue day, which received the first prize of the Berlin Opera Prize.
